We would like to take a moment and thank all the members of the Enea Family Funeral Home who were instrumental in planning and executing every detail of our mother's (Clare Ough) visitation and funeral mass. The visitation room was beautiful with the flower arrangements and soft lighting - very inviting to receive friends and family. Having seen Mom 3 weeks prior in Winter Haven, Florida, we thought she looked so peaceful, nice, and herself. We were totally impressed with Reverend Ligato, Sister Marilyn, the choir and the parishioners of Holy Family Parish for the wonderful mass and music in Mom's memory. The Holy Family Parish Church is very impressive. Throughout the visitation and funeral mass, the staff of the Enea Family Funeral Home was compassionate and professional -- all should be highly commended. We sincerely appreciate all your support at this most difficult time for us.

I just took a ride to see the stone, it's even nicer than I thought and even earlier than I thought. I am so pleased, this is the exact feeling I had when I viewed Debbie for the first time at the funeral home. Kevin & Dan, thank you so much for all of your efforts and expertise. Harry, the apples did not fall far from the tree. The Enea family - (Top Shelve). I know that Debbie couldn't be happier with the wake, funeral and the stone.

I have known Harry & the boys for a long time & also Brian Roberts, but have never had to transact business regarding setting up a funeral. As much as we think we are prepared for a parent's passing, we are not. Upon my Mom's death, our family was suddenly in a state of confusion, especially my Dad & I found myself stepping up to the task of organizing & orchestrating. It was a difficult time for all of us, but Brian made this unpleasant task, surprisingly easy and "comforting". I thought everything was handled extremely professional while still being personable. My mom looked amazingly beautiful which was a pleasant surprise to all of us, after the toll her sickness had taken on her. That was comforting in itself. Thank you for your exceptional service and professionalism.

I, too, am sorry we did not meet. My brother and I were so pleased with how our Mother looked. We commend you all for your work. The services went well and Father Ligato made the mass beautiful for us. Everyone at Holleran-Enea was gracious and helpful and eased our heavy hearts. Picking her stone was another sad time for us but was made better by the help we received and there was laughter when talking about our Mother. We were guided through that process the same way you guided me through that all I had to do to get my Mother back to Herkimer and into your capable hands. Thank you again.

Your family could not have done more. Your personal interest did so much to help us during this difficult time. I do not believe that President Reagan had a nicer funeral than our Dad. My only regret is that Dad was not there in person, although we certainly believe that he was there in spirit and we are so grateful that he had pre-planned with you and many of the decisions were his. We certainly feel that he deserved the best and we believe that he had the best.
